Boy do I REALLY get this one.....all I have to do is NOT run and Im a negative nelly....add the rest and I can only imagine. Food and running are supposed to help make one feel better and you can't really eat or run.....negative?? Perfectly understandable.

I hope your injury heals up soon-I can't remember if you had posted something about shin splints one time...is that still the injury?
